Enjoy a wonderful weekend in magical Marrakech with its beautiful history, ancient culture and inspiring spirituality. During your stay, you will have the pleasure to eat delicious dinner created by our Private Chef from Marrakech Gastronomy. The yoga will take place on a rooftop or the courtyard deepening on the weather. The classes are all taught and designed by Sally Goldfinger, who also specializes in Holistic Nutrition and Women's Health. Sally is your organizer and will take good care of you.

The location is in the historic old town (Medina) in a peaceful Riad in a charming atmosphere that will take you back in time. We are flexible and you may choose your arrival date, and give yourself a unique experience where yoga, culture, and history meets.

Yoga

All classes are tailored and aimed at building strength, improve flexibility, tone muscles, and having fun. Classes are suitable for everyone, no matter experience or age. However, the classes are not suitable for very hardcore yogis who are used to bend into knots and twist into extreme poses. The yoga classes in this retreat are for those looking to maintain health and balance and enjoy classes without the fear of competition.

Morning classes will include sun salutations to build strength, and are a blend of strong Hatha flow and Vinyasa.

This short break is suitable for everyone and is ideal for solo travelers. Most participants travel alone, so don't worry if you arrive on your own. You will have fun and connect with like-minded people.

Yoga and Ayurveda keep Sally strong, happy, and in good shape. She has worked in the field of yoga and Ayurveda nutrition for ten years. It is who she is, and what she stands for. She loves to inspire people with health, happiness, and holistic foods. She is a foodie and a food creator, and yoga makes her feel amazing. Sally is originally from Denmark but has lived abroad for around 10 years. She likes places with sun, fresh air, and natural foods. Therefore, you’ll find her in Morocco. She is based in the vibrant and magical city of Marrakech and has lots of insider info to share with you.

This yoga holiday will take place in the old town of Medina, Marrakesh, Morocco. You will be staying in a charming riad and built around a beautiful courtyard. The area is tranquil and peaceful, only a short walk away to the nearby markets, the famous Jemaa el Fnaa square, local cafes, and much more.
