      "Truly the trip of a lifetime. The resort in Mui Ne was a piece of paradise where we could fully retreat into nature and silence, connecting with ourselves on a deeper level. The mixture of yoga, tai chi, meditation and philosophy that Sarah and Hang delivered gave us a toolkit of mindfulness that, one week later, is already having a hugely positive impact on our lives. Whilst our days were dedicated to practicing the art of mindful living, we still had enough free time to explore Mui Ne and enjoy our holiday together.       "Thank you for a wonderful week last week. I went hoping to be able to do chattarunga – something I’ve wanted to do for years. I didn’t get there at the retreat but my first class back on Monday did it! I was pretty excited. But I got so much more out of the retreat than chattarunga. I really appreciated the way you created safe space for everyone to be themselves. I found the group very respectful and supportive of each other. I actually did some very deep and transformative work in the afternoons. Something that I had been working on for many, many years was finally able to be set free. I loved the variety of yoga and the gifts of each of the leaders, I really enjoyed the other gifts such as Qi Gong, mindfulness practices and explanation on doshas.
