Yoga Niketan Ashram has approximately 100 well-ventilated air-conditioned, non air-conditioned, and cooker rooms for the sadhaks. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom with 24 hours hot and cold water and electricity. During this retreat, the price is based on independent and twin sharing.

Sah-Yog Anubhuti Yoga Retreat India Program

The program consist of Hatha yoga, Raj yoga, Karma yoga, and Bhakti yoga practices designed in a way that your queries regarding any aspect of yoga would be satisfied by your own experience during the practice. The participants would also learn about the Ayurveda diet according to body constitution and some rare meditation techniques and pranayama to gain mastery over the mind.

Yoga Guru Abodh has over 35 years of experience in teaching yoga and has trained over 2,000 teachers. He will also be available for individual adjustments and modification of yoga schedules depending on one’s needs and body constitution. Assisted by highly qualified and experienced yoga masters, this program is designed for all yoga aspirants. Consultations on diet and Ayurveda would also come handy to all the participants who are interested in knowing more about the divine knowledge of Ayurveda.

To summarize, this program aims at balance in every aspect of life, attunement with the design of divine will, and knowing your responsibility and implementation of one’s action in the right direction.


Dhiraj Jangra
Dhiraj was initiated to yoga by his mother in the year 1984 when he was eight years old. He comes from a yoga family as his grandfather practiced and taught yoga for over 50 years. He holds a masters degree in yoga and meditation and intensive yoga instructor's training courses from SVYASA in Bangalore and JVBI Rajasthan. Having interest in the field of alternative therapies, he has also completed 200 hours of training in acupuncture and acupressure from reputed institutes in India.
Abodh Shrivastava
Yoga Guru Abodh Shrivastava's daily routine consists of applying yoga principles in his day-to-day activities. He practices Gyan yoga, Raj yoga, Karma yoga, and Bhakti yoga in practical life situations. He comes from a big joint family of yogis who live by the principles of yoga, naturopathy, Ayurveda, and Bhagwat Gita. He is at present the president and director at SahYog Anubhuti, New Delhi, a yoga institute and education center affiliated with Swami Vivekananda Yog Anusandhan Samsthan or SVYASA, Bangalore. For over 15 years at SahYog Anubhuti, he has trained over 2,000 yoga instructors

Retreat location

This retreat is located in Uttarakhand, India. Yoga Niketan is one of the oldest yoga ashram in Rishikesh. It is situated on a gentle hill by the bank of the holy river Ganga. It was established in the year 1964 by Yogacharya Swami Yogeshwarananda Saraswati Maharaj Ji with the sole purpose of spreading yoga Vidya and spirituality in the world.
