Lisa Butler

Lisa has been practicing and teaching yoga for 30 years. She loves anatomy and physiology and focuses on encouraging the body to heal itself. She believes yoga helps people to transcend their limitations and to find increasing freedom in their lives. Lisa is a trained professional dancer, mindfulness practitioner, and senior Yoga Alliance teacher. She has also spent 25 years in the film industry and now runs mindfulness and resilience courses for actors. Lisa has experience working with people at all levels. She guides her clients to find acceptance and peace no matter where they are in life.

Hi! I’m Clemence, but my friends call me Clem. I’ve spent my life traveling the world thanks to my dad’s job, and I’m passionate about it. While studying for my Master’s in Tourism & Event Management, I discovered yoga and became certified in various styles, including Hatha, Yin, AcroYoga, and Vinyasa. Now, with 500 hours of training, I teach yoga and aim to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, age, or background, while continuing my journey of travel and discovery.
