When a yoga teacher begins teaching yoga, one of the first things they learn is that there is so much to learn. Continuing your education in yoga and its endless forms of expression is necessary for even the most advanced practitioner. Therefore, Sadhana Yoga School has created a diverse and unique advanced yoga training that allows you to expand your awareness, fine tune your skills, while adding more knowledge and practice to your path.
Each building is a unique piece of Kerala’s architecture. The uniqueness of the resort is not only the authentic treatment offered but also the ambiance created in the traditional way to receive the bio-energies. The resort offers traditionally styled bungalows, built-in wood and sporting antique, carved doors, and pillars; it embraces comfort and opulence with luxurious facilities. This training will allow you to register as a 500-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to not only deepen your personal practice but also to explore the essence of yoga philosophy and find its practicality in the modern world, to gain knowledge of Ayurveda, its principles, and practices.
You will be able to add a variety of styles and practices to your teaching toolbox with a focus on mental health and well-being and you will learn how to find your niche in an over-saturated market, develop your mission, brand, learn how to use social media, and build your own website.
Anjili Russell, Anita Sundaram, and Bryan Russell will guide the evolution of your practice in its entirety, both on and off the mat, in your home life and office life, and for your personal growth as well as the growth of you family and friends. Each facilitator brings a wealth of experience in a different field of expertise and together, they not only embody yoga in their individual paths, but they are led to guide others in the areas of yoga that they feel called to most.

The price of this training includes daily food served in Somatheeram's restaurant.
Laying 200 feet above the sea and offering superb panoramic views, guests can enjoy an extensive menu of superb organic creations in the restaurant. The restaurant serves traditional Ayurveda dishes, regional Indian specialties, and a wide choice of multi-cuisine menu. Guests following the Ayurvedic programs can also choose to dine from the range of 250 Ayurvedic dishes on offer.
Somatheeram arranges tours to the most fascinating places in Thiruvananthapuram and nearby places. Shopping tours takes you to places offering good bargains and quality products.
Variety cultural programs form part of Somatheeram evenings and help in getting acquainted with the various dance, music, and cultural art forms of Kerala. Every Kerala festival calls for grand celebrations and an enthusiastic participation from the guests. Kerala sadya (feast) which comprises rice and a large number of side dishes and curries, all specially prepared in Kerala style and served in plantain leaves, is sure to give you an entirely different experience.
