April was originally drawn to yoga in 2006 for its physical benefits, which have helped her to heal from an injury and become healthier and stronger in her body than ever before. After several years of physical exploration of the practice of yoga, April began to realize the emotional, energetic and spiritual benefits. Becoming a yoga instructor in 2014 and diving deeper into her own yoga and meditation practices has opened up endless opportunities for growth, expansion and connection. Her practice is always evolving and she is always learning, which allows her to connect with her students.
