    Melanie has been teaching groups and working with individuals' self development in various guises for twenty years. After years of doing unheated yoga, Melanie tried Hot Power yoga and was inspired and challenged by the dynamic effects upon fitness, strength and internal health. Noting the effects upon reducing stress and creating calm and equanimity, she was sold on this style of yoga and believes that yoga is therapy, exercise, stress management and an awesome detox rolled into one.

  • Karen Elvin

    Karen has been working in the health industry for over 20 years. Over the last 12 years she also focused on Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and perspectives, which has broadened her view of holistic health care. Only 4 years ago yoga resurfaced as a hobby in the form of Hot Power yoga and has consequently led to the creation of Sacred Place Yoga & Wellness center.

This retreat will take place in Jimbaran, Bali, Indonesia.
