Her interest in yoga and meditation grew steadily from that point. In 2010, she started teaching children’s yoga and working with parents and their babies. Emma found this so fulfilling and a lot of fun that it inspired her to train as a school teacher, and share her other passions for art and creativity. Dania was first introduced to yoga by her mother when she was five years old, but it wasn’t until her late twenties that it became a crucial part of her life. In 2010, she participated in an intensive teacher training at the Ashtanga yoga studio in Freiburg, focusing on alignment and assists. To further her education in dynamic styles of yoga, she received her yoga alliance certification from Frog Lotus Yoga, at beautiful southern Spain, in 2012. Deborah has practiced yoga off and on the mat the most part of her life, although the full impact and realization of the shifts that yoga can create, only dawned on her in the last few years. She finds the human body to be amazing in the way it works, and reflects the mental, and emotional states. Deborah bases her teaching around what is important to her: emphasizing practice with both awareness and an open enquiring mind, and ultimately, trying to have calm, and joy in life. In 1999, she graduated as a homeopath, that knowledge certainly benefits her yoga practice.
Jenny at first loved the soft and gentle approach of yoga and she still does. However, as she regained her mental and emotional strength and increasingly made yoga her number one priority, she began to reap the benefits from Ashtanga, Flow Yoga, Bikram and Hot Flow as well as from practicing in different environments including retreats, studios, beaches, parks, Ashrams and at home. Jenny's yoga practice is further complemented by her love of singing and dance and of course she intertwines the spirit of yoga into these too.
