You will be staying at Rūh Yoga, in Agonda, Goa, India. The accommodation has:

Program

Overview

Each morning as the sun rises, you will set out as the students deepening your understanding of the ancient yogic mysteries. You will practice a variety of cleansing kriyas, pranayamas, and bandhas. The other hours will include asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, meditation, and other traditional yoga techniques.

This 300-hour yoga teacher training course is a second-level course designed:

  • To build your own practice
  • To refine and sharpen your yoga teaching skills
  • Have your own school or to conduct workshops retreats on your own

This course is for those who have done their 200-hour teacher training from any school. The 300-hour training will be based on Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Vinyasa flow / Power yoga.

You will go deeper in the cleansing techniques in how to do the practice and to teach the practice based on the need of different practitioners.

This training breaks down the advanced asanas from first, second, and third series of Ashtanga Vinyasa, and prepares with step by step approach and the pre-practice. You will learn the art of how to build on core strength to work on the arm balancing and inverted postures.

Famous for its three kilometer-long white sand beach with cozy shacks, one of the best place to enjoy your yoga training, you have easy access to shops and restaurants around so you do not have to spend on traveling to the beach or for shopping around.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (GOI). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Ruh Yoga will pick you up from the airport.

Goa is easily accessible by plane, train and bus. Goa International Airport (GOI) is the closest airport and is approximately 90 minutes away by taxi. The airport is well connected by daily flights from Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Cochin, and Bangalore.

Arrival by bus

Canacona bus stand is 15 minutes from Ruh Yoga and buses from Mumbai and Bangalore are available for Canacona.

Arrival by train

You can also reach Patnem by train. The nearest station is in Canacona, although main train services stop at Margao station (approximately one hour away).
