During this retreat, you will stay in a private deluxe room at the Ruen Come In. The Ruen Mai deluxe rooms are the newest addition to the property. They are newly built but the decoration and furniture are still made of wood.

You can still enjoy the touch and feel of wood decorations in a contemporary style design. The rooms have a double bed or two twin beds and are about 36 square meters, private balcony, deposit box, mini bars, complimentary tea or coffee facilities, drinking water, telephone, satellite television, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom with bathtub, and separate shower.

You will enjoy a tour by biking, where you will get the chance to discover Chiang Mai right from its streets.

Excursion to the City Navel

The cosmological heart of Chiang Mai is called the City Navel. Visit the Navel Temple with its serene 700 hundred-years old white Buddha and the Three Kings Monument.

Excursion to Wat Chedi Luang

The next stop is Chiang Mai’s grandest monument. Wat Chedi Luang was built to house the ashes of a king and was once the home of the Emerald Buddha (now resident at Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok). It is now the home of the City Pillar and three auspicious dipterocarp trees which provide protection to the city.

Tour to the Somphet Market

You will visit a small open market not far from Tha Phae Gate. Wander through the market learning a bit about Chiang Mai food and taste a few fruits and sweets while you are at it.

Tour to Tha Phae Gate

On the way towards the old city’s eastern gate you will wander in and out of many of the city’s quaint lanes. Tha Phae gate was once the entrance through which traders brought their wares into the city. At this beautifully restored gate learn about Chiang Mai's history as a trading hub.

Visit to the organic farm or organic farmer market

Jing Jai Market is a unique local organic farmer center of Chiang Mai. This market is open-air and offers lots of products including organic product.

Visit the Phra That Doi Suthep Temple and Hmong Hill Tribe Village

The Doi Suthep Temple is the place of worship dated back to the year of 1383 when the first Chedi was built. It is an important pilgrimage spot for the devout and is a sacred site to many Thai people and foreigners where visitors can climb up 309 steps in a staircase to reach the stupa on the hill top.

You can see spectacular views of Chiang Mai City and its surroundings from the temple’s terrace with the panoramic view and local culture can be enjoyed. The trip is including a visit to the village of ethnic group at Hmong Hill Tribe Village known as Hmong Doi Pui or the village of colorful costumes tradition.

Is located on the boundaries of the Doi Suthep - Pui National Park. Explore a quaint and picturesque hill-tribe village set in an attractive hillside spot. Discover their culture and history through their evidences at the museum.

Visit to Wat Chiang Man

Wat Chiang Man is Chiang Mai’s oldest temple, built in the auspicious northeast corner of the old city where the ancient Marble and Crystal Buddha images are enshrined.

Pare has completed 200-hour yoga teacher training from Lanna Yoga Health Centre Chiang Mai, Thailand and has RYT 200 certification from AATM Yogashala Rishikesh, India.

Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga, Hatha Yoga)
Kru Oou or Atchara Sukdham has been regularly practicing yoga since 2010 and been teaching for about three years. She loves teaching strong styles like Hatha-Vinyasa flow, focusing on strength and fitness. She also loves for the slower practice like Yin yoga and Therapy yoga that allow you to relax and focus on yourself more deeply and that could release blockages in energy channels and improve self-healing system in the body. Currently, she is living and serving in a couple of yoga studios and hotels in Chiang Mai.
Prai

Prai is a yoga practitioner since 2013. Prai has completed 200 RYT certification from AATM Yogashala Rishikesh, India.
