"Everything and more"

The whole timetable ran like clockwork despite some rearranging from Rosanna being left to run everything single handed. I’m sure I’ll still be benefitting from the Meditation and yoga sessions for a while. Complete downtime and self care was my aim and it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing, so tasty and wasn’t left hungry at anytime. Comfortable room in a beautiful setting. There was nothing about the weekend I didn’t enjoy. Everyone was just lovely and I will most definitely be attending another one. Thank you all so much for a great weekend.

"An uplifting and positive yoga, mindfulness retreat "

I loved the community feel of the weekend. The yoga and mindfulness classes were all excellent. The wild swimming was a great addition. I am going to continue my yoga practice with 15mins sessions a day. I came away feeling grounded with new strategies to try at home. It has helped me during a difficult time at work and personally. Thank you.
