"An uplifting and positive yoga, mindfulness retreat "

I loved the community feel of the weekend. The yoga and mindfulness classes were all excellent. The wild swimming was a great addition. I am going to continue my yoga practice with 15mins sessions a day. I came away feeling grounded with new strategies to try at home. It has helped me during a difficult time at work and personally. Thank you.
