Rosalie Bay offers a personalized wellness and yoga program at their wellness resort with a holistic approach that includes nutrition, fitness, relaxation, and nature. You can reflect in one of their outdoor meditation spots, outdoor benches, and labyrinth found throughout the resort. This healthy vacation is also supported by healthy meals and drinks to let you gain your well-being. To help you in your journey, Rosalie Bay’s coordinator can create a plan tailored to your needs and provide the tools necessary to practice at home.

Gardenview Superior room features a queen-sized bed, writing desk, bathroom with tiled walk-in rain shower and front porch with sitting area. The rooms can be adjoining for families or groups.
Overlooking the gardens with ocean views from the veranda, this spacious Junior suite features either 1 king or 2 queen beds, writing desk, seating area and expansive bathroom with tiled walk-in rain shower and oversized tub.
This retreat will take place at Rosalie Bay. This resort is nestled at the foothills of the Morne Trois Pitons, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the southeast coast, This resort sits on 22 verdant acres at the intersection of the ever-changing Atlantic Ocean and crystal clear Rosalie River.
During this wellness retreat, you will receive relaxing nature-inspired treatments at Dominica Spa and a complimentary instructor-led gentle Hatha yoga. The river front sessions are held in the gazebo every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from 07:30 to 08:30. Massage lessons, guided meditation, gentle stretching, light cardio, alternative times and styles of yoga are available upon request.
You will also get guided nature hikes and tours of Garden Walk, an organic garden visit where much of Rosalie Bay's fresh fruits and vegetables are produced and herbs are grown. The other ones will be Turtle Beach Walk, a visit to black sand beach where endangered sea turtles nest and also Petite Soufriere Walk, a tour to the old sugar mill remains and banana plantation of Rosalie Estate before passing the local’s favorite swimming hole then heading into the small fishing village.

Passports are required for US citizens and foreign nationals to visit Dominica. Visitors from some countries may require visas. Guests are responsible for determining necessary paperwork and obtaining proper entry documentation. No refunds will be granted for denied entry caused by failure to carry proper proof of citizenship or the appropriate visa.

During your stay, this wellness and yoga retreat includes a healthful continental breakfast featuring fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, organic and local fruit, oatmeal, whole wheat toast with locally made marmalade, power drinks, smoothies, and herbal teas.
