In this workshop, you will give and receive a sequence of simple yet deeply effective techniques, that feel amazing. You will be focussing in particular on the meditative aspect of this work, and the element of Metta (loving-kindness) that is integral to Thai yoga massage. You will explore how you can ‘tune in’ to energetic connection with others through touch, and how this brings you into deeper connection with yourselves.

You will receive a manual as a reminder of the sequence so that you can share what you learn with friends and loved ones. Come along with a partner or friend, or come on your own and partner up with someone. This is a lovely way to meet and connect with new friends. There will also be a walking meditation in the stunning Welsh Landscape and time to relax.

The senior teacher Graham will be leading the weekend and making sure your needs are met supported by Matthew (host, chef, and creative director). Whether you are hoping to develop your yoga practice or want to have fun but relaxing weekend away from the city - River Flow Yoga have you covered! This is a weekend about recharging your batteries and learning tools to use to live in the present.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight Cardiff International Airport (CWL). It is 90 minutes by car.

Arrival by train

Bus to Cardiff train station then trains to Abergavenny. You can get a taxi from Abergavenny which is about 45 GBP, there is also a bus service to Hereford which stops off at Glasbury, but there are only a few a day. Alternatively, River Flow Yoga can arrange pickups from Abergavenny at an extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
