You will be accommodated at Rising In Yoga Luxury Retreat Center. It is is a beautiful yoga meditation retreat and can be used as a homestay when there are no weekly or fortnightly retreats running. It is the ideal place to relax, meditate, practice yoga, and listen to the stillness of your inner self. You can choose either to stay in a single sharing or double sharing room.
This beautiful retreat is based on the simple yogic panchakosa system or the five layers of consciousness, which promises to bring you back to your natural health, vitality, balance, and joy. The invitation is to move beyond individual neurosis and emotional pain accumulated and deposited in the physical and subtle bodies due to past trauma and stressful modern living, which are the cause of many psychosomatic illnesses.
This will be done through an intense process of deep cleansing on the inside (energetic, mental and emotional bodies) and outside (physical body) which in turn, awakens the body’s own healing ability leading to an experience of ananda (bliss), the original state of being.
Therapeutic and Vinyasa Flow yoga (first chakra basic root center) will be practiced daily. This therapy will be utilized for back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, stress, heart disease, hypertension, depression, and many more psychosomatic diseases. You will also practice soul level chakra release technique (third chakra) old Tantra meditations (fourth heart chakra) with breathing techniques for singles and couples.
This yoga retreat will take place at Rising in Yoga Luxury Retreat Center, Haripur, Naggar Road, Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India. The retreat is situated right in the middle of the magical Himalayas very close to the hottest spot in Manali. It is surrounded by huge deodar trees with lush green nature that will literally take your breath away.

On this retreat, you will be served delicious daily organic food. The chef only serves the finest and purest vegetarian food made only with love.
You will be given one hara massage for the stomach and two deep therapeutic massages which are included in the price. You can also pamper yourself with Ayurvedic yoga massage, conscious touch massage therapy, Osho Neo Reiki healing, and Tibetan pulsing healing at an extra cost.
The nearest airport is Kullu-Manali Airport (KUU) in Bhuntar located approximately 30 kilometers away from Rising in Yoga Luxury Retreat. Domestic flights connect Bhuntar with Delhi and Chandigarh. Once at the airport, you can take a pre-paid taxi to Naggar in Manali. However, owing to weather conditions, flights are not the most reliable option for getting to or out of Manali.
Major railway station near Manali on Indian railway broad-gauge network is Una in Himachal Pradesh. A narrow-gauge line also runs between Pathankot to Joginder Nagar. But, the best way to reach Manali by train is to leave the train at Chandigarh railway station and catch a bus from there.
Manali is very well-connected to important tourist destinations like Leh, Shimla, Kullu, Dharamshala, and New Delhi by means of a network of state-run as well as private buses. The bus journey from Delhi to Manali is 550 kilometers and it will be advisable to book your tickets in the air-conditioned Volvo coaches as the buses will be more comfortable than ordinary ones, keeping in mind the long distance of the journey. The minimum time a bus takes to reach Manali from New Delhi is 12 hours and 30 minutes. It is the cheapest way to reach Manali from New Delhi.
