Krishna is a registered dietitian, diabetes educator, and 500-hr certified yoga and prenatal yoga teacher. She has worked in the health and wellness field for over 15 years and uses a holistic model to help her clients feel more connected to their health, lifestyle, and well-being. Krishna is an experienced yoga teacher and specializes in Hatha, alignment-based yoga for all levels. She teaches pranayama, mindfulness, and meditation. Her goal is to help people approach their self-care practice in a loving compassionate way.
Jenna is an experienced New York City based yoga instructor offering many different styles of yoga to all kinds of people. She fully lives and breathes yoga and tries to find some act of yoga in her everyday life. She offers pranayama techniques, asana alignment, meditation, philosophy , creativity, and the invitation to come as you are. Jenna especially encourages others to see that yoga is more than a physical practice. She continues to work and spread her love of yoga around NYC and the world, making it available to all types of people regardless of size, shape, color, culture, or ability.
