During this training, you will have one Indian cooking class, one Mehandi class, and local sightseeing on Sundays. You can also visit tourist destination such as Buddha stupa, caves, fall, temples, local village, and lakes. All of these activities are subject to additional costs. There is a swimming pool just the front of Rishikesh Yoga Home and you may spend your free time swimming in the lake which is clean and spacious.

You will be provided three vegetarian meals, two herbal teas, and a vegetable or fruit drinks daily to keep you under Sattvic state. How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM). Transfer from the airport is available for an additional cost of 75 USD. You can fly to Pokhara directly from Kathmandu. The travel time is about 40 minutes. Note that flights in Nepal are uncertain due to the weather conditions.

Arrival by bus

Buses are very easily available from Kathmandu to Pokhara and the travel time is about seven hours. They leave early morning around 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. A variety of bus services are available, you can book them with any travel agent. Few of the bus operators even have an online reservation system.

Arrival by train

Trains are not available in Nepal. If you are coming from India, then get to the nearest railway hub of either Jayanagar or New Jalpaiguri, cross the border and the board a bus to Kathmandu which takes about 12 - 14 hours from the borders.
