During your yoga teacher training course, you will be staying at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana in Hotel Hariyali view, Rishikesh, India. The school is situated in the heart of Rishikesh. The Ashram is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful green mountains. In the ashram, there is a yoga studio, dining area, and a rooftop. Everything is close to the ashram such as shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and organic stores. The yoga Ashram has both private and shared rooms. Every room has an attached bathroom with a western toilet and hot shower, and a balcony with a nice view. You will get bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, and a blanket. Good wi-fi is included on the whole campus. A laundry service is also available.

Certification

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

Their 200-hour yoga teacher training program is enlightening the mind of the students towards old traditional Indian yoga, a complete wellness program for the healthy body, mind, and soul. It meets the standards of Yoga Alliance, to provide the best teaching and providing maximum exposure to the students.

These certification courses are affordable enough to best suit beginners, intermediates, and advanced level students. You will be served 3 yogic and nutritious meals daily. The school prepares healthy and yummy food, as well as shares ideas while cooking in a cozy environment. They have lots of good stuff such as fresh vegetables, salads, fresh fruits, juices, and so much more.

Yoga demands complete concentration and deep focus from the students. Therefore, they serve “Sattvic” food at their ashram. Sattvic food is vegetarian and it ensures peace of mind and complete control over it. You can come to Rishikesh by flight. Book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), from there you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Transfer from and to this airport is available for an additional cost of 60 USD.

From the Delhi airport, you can get a taxi to bring you to the Delhi ISBT bus station. From there you can find many government and private transportation to bring you to Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.

Arrival by train

The nearest railway station is the Haridwar Railway station. From there, you will find many buses, taxis, and other transportation services that will bring you to Laxman Jhula.
