Online Yoga Retreat

Rishikesh Retreat Center offers this online retreat that is available online via Zoom application or it can be self-paced where students can learn as per their time convenience via recorded video of classes. In this program, students will practice yoga asana, pranayama, cleansing, and meditation techniques. Pre-application requirements

In order to join the classes, you need to have an account in Zoom with a good internet connection with your favorite yoga mat and props, notebook, and pen.

How the course works

Every day there will be yoga practice, pranayama, and meditation sessions with Rishikesh Retreat Center with the most renowned teachers. This is a short retreat program that is very effective and helpful to enhance yogic knowledge and self-practice. Hatha yoga asana will be covered by Yogi Subash Ji and pranayama and meditation will be covered by Monika Pundir Ji. You will receive all videos, audios, and program-related PDF books to practice just after registration. If you want to practice this course according to your pace, Rishikesh Retreat Center will be sending the videos, audios of the classes, course-related books, and manuals which students can follow as per your time convenience.
