Yogi Bhavesh Ji
Bhavesh attributes every aspect of his life to Lord Shiva and his Guru’s grace. He is certified by reputed institutions like Kaivalyadhama, Swami Rudradev Yoga Centre. Bhavesh also founded a Mumbai based yoga group called Yoga Virtually. He conducted sessions at large corporations like Tata Power, Reliance Group and Gujarat Maritime Board. Bhavesh teaches pranayama, philosophy and meditation. He not only understands the subject matter, but lives it everyday thus imparting true knowledge to his students.
Yogi Gaurav Ji
Asana Teacher Gaurav began practicing yoga in 2015. Discovering his natural aptitude, he quickly progressed to become a yoga asana teacher. He has training in Traditional Hatha Yoga & Pranayama. He has an M.A. in yogic science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. He also holds a 200-hour registered yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance. Although his asana skills have earned him medals and recognition, Gaurav's teaching includes mindfulness and intention to form a complete practice. He incorporates Mantra, Meditation & relaxation into his classes to create the balance.
Yogi Subhash Ji
Born and brought up in Rishikesh, popularly known as the world capital of Yoga. Subhash Ji, a young yoga practitioner & a learned Yoga Guru. His first formal training was in one of the Ashram in Rishikesh where he did an in-depth study on subjects like Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, Shathkarma & Pranayama, along with other aspects of art. Since then he has dedicated himself to the path of Yoga. Subhash Ji has been fortunate enough to have learne different concepts of Yoga from their respective masters and thereby considers all his teachers as his Guru, so as to pay respect to all of them.
Yogini Aarti Ji
Arti comes from India, residing in a town called Rishikesh which is also known as the World Capital of Yoga. She’s a yoga graduate and also a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher from yoga alliance USA. Her journey started from guidance of one most renowned teachers of Rishikesh Rudra Ji and Golu Sharma Ji in Rishikesh where she learns the traditional teaching of yoga. Her area of expertise Hatha Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama. Her whole purpose of teaching is to help the practitioner to be in peace with the self.

"Great Place, GREAT people"
The location of Adi Yogpeeth is fantastic with views of the mountains. It is up on Tapovan Hill so is quieter and nice. The facilities were clean, functional, and the roof and deck were so relaxing. The only reason I gave four stars above is that the rooms are functional and comfortable, but not plush. But I have no complaints on the room or facilities. In addition, I had been traveling for a few weeks and had more than enough cold showers in places so the hot water in the shower felt amazing! The food was good and they were always asking if you had enough.
The instructors were incredibly nice and their instruction, adjustments, teaching of the background was all well above what I had expected. Plus they were extremely friendly. As a warning for 'beginners or low-moderates", yoga instruction and classes are way more intense than your average studio class in the US -- and exactly what I wanted.
The 'excursion' guide was outstanding, patient, enthusiastic, and again - so nice. I added on extra days and it was seamless. I highly recommended this place and these people. I am already planning a return visit to Rishikesh and this guest house/ yoga school specifically.

"Great time at time at the Rishikesh Retreat Center"
I had a great time at time at the Rishikesh Retreat Center. First I was a little bit shocked when I saw my Room due my western thinking. But after the first excursion every concern was gone. So don't expect luxurious and everything will be ok. The room is clean, has a western toilet and a hot shower.
The excursions were great on the first Day we visit the Beatles ashram. Second was a Waterfall and on the third day the famous Vasishta Cave.
I really liked The Lunch and Dinner which were tasty Indian food. The Breakfast was basic.
The yoga teacher had a great knowledge. Personally I didn't like the ashtanga class but that's like everything in life u like something or not :) The Meditation and pranayama classes by the teacher Mr. Avinash were outstanding. He is such a happy person and total devoted to shiva. He answered me so many questions especially about the Hindi god's.
At the end of the retreat they allowed me to stay a little bit longer, took me to another excursion and after that I got lunch with I wasn't expecting. Then they organised my transpiration. Many thanks for the extras.

"Above any expectations"
The whole retreat was perfectly organized - from the pick up at the airport, the daily program, to the organisation of the excursions. The three days were packed with yoga, meditation, pranayama and yogic food))
The whole team was extremely warm, welcoming, helpful and relaxed.
Despite different programs all the participants /students were very open and the whole place felt like a big family - eating together, joining some classes together, hanging out and exploring the surroundings.
I really liked my spacious room and the possibility to stay longer, as I really liked the place and the vibes!
Thank you so much, guys! I'll be back again.

I was traveling in India and decided I needed to get out of the city, and came across this retreat. I didn’t know anything about it, but decided to book it and head north for the week. I absolutely loved every moment, every class, every meal, and most importantly, all of the people I met here. The food is healthy and filling, and obviously made with thought and care. The classes were challenging for me as a beginner to yoga, but the instructors were so helpful and always adjusting me so I learned to do the poses correctly. They all had great personalities and good sense of humor, and were so very kind. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond helping me get to additional adventures (The Beatles Ashram!). I was really sad to leave the people here, and think I will be back for another retreat or maybe a teacher training. They had some other fun events too...henna and balky dancing! And it was all included! My room was very clean and nice, and the retreat center is located close to downtown and walking distance to a waterfall and The Ganges and shopping. I can’t say enough about how much I loved my time here!! I also found a friendly little cafe up the road (Kings Cafe) and loved the man working there, the chai and shakes, and the occasional live music. You will not make a mistake by choosing this retreat!

"No me formaría con ellos"
El hatha yoga que practican no es saludable para la columna vertebral.
Sin acondicionar adecuadamente la espalda hacen posturas de extensión directamente.
La sesión no estuvo bien estructurada, sin fundamento.
Les deseo lo mejor, pero este retiro no es para personas que amemos el yoga y hayamos practicado 10 años ya....
