Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Sample daily schedule
A day at the YTT looks something like this:
- 06:00 - 07:00 Morning mantra, pranayama, and meditation (beachside)
- 07:00 - 08:30 Asana practice
- 08:30 - 08:45 Break
- 08:45 - 10:00 Teacher training categories: anatomy/physiology, teaching methodology, philosophy/lifestyle
- 10:00 - 10:30 Brunch and discussion
- 10:30 - 11:00 Break - rest and digest
- 11:30 - 16:30 Practice teaching, observation, assisting and YTT study and more TT categories: anatomy, methodology, philosophy
- 16:30 - 18:00 Evening asana practice
- 18:30 Dinner served - enjoy

Chrissy is passionate about teaching yoga and sharing it with the world. She began teaching in 2012 but has always loved to travel. Her trips are packed with adventure and balanced with rejuvenation. Chrissy is also a registered yoga teacher trainer with Yoga Alliance. When she is not practicing yoga, she is climbing a mountain, snowboarding or surfing, horseback riding, writing poetry, or running her business.
