"Fantastic experience"

I liked so many things about this retreat, but I guess its hard to give an accurate description. I was mostly impressed by the inspiring personalities Claudia Gallo and Cynthia Wong. They managed to create a perfect balance between dynamic yoga and mindful self reflection, without getting too soft or serious. It opened my eyes about spirituality and other things I did not know they had so much value.

Except that, we were very lucky with the dynamics of our great group. All was fine, we really got connected. And that luck is also because of the open personalities Claudia and Cynthia.

The island and the daily excursions were great. The food that the man from the house provided was very nice.

Overall, I dare to call the retreat a life changing and extremely inspiring experience. It was really the perfect step I needed to take in life. If you ever get the chance to book a retreat with Claudia or Cynthia, do it!

I've done a bit of kayaking and some rafting and the experience Ríos Tropicales offered us is unique and top of the line. Guides will go the extra mile to cater your needs always with a smile. Special mention to Chino who became from guide to friend. On an adventure in Costa Rica, RT are the way to go!

I had a lot of amazing adventures in Costa Rica, but the 3 day river rafting trip was the highlight. The guides were very attentive and took great care of us both on the river and at the Tropicales lodge. On my free day I did the waterfall rapelling and ziplining and it was so much fun, as indicated by the smile on my face in my profile pic. I highly recommend the 3 day experience if you can fit it into your schedule. Pura Vida!

We stayed 2 nights at rios tropicales and booked our trip through "Imagine Latin America". We had the time of our life! Huge thanks to our leader Sebastian for being such a good instructor and so much fun at the same time.

Lots of wildlife to see, including a sloth on the rock climbing out of the water just next to our raft, wow!

The room (18) was beautiful with amazing river views. Hot showers and room cleaned daily, towels provided. Food was excellent, those guys can really cook!

We enjoyed our trips to the waterfall and water slide rock and met some great people.

Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Nb. As a first time rafter I was thankful for the stay over at the lodge to rest up.

Don't forget swimwear and and waterproof camera/GoPro.

Our 2 day rafting trip and overnight at the lodge was so amazing! Not only is the river breathtaking and beautiful, but our guide Otto facilitated an exciting yet relaxed experience for us. I wish we could have stayed longer at the lodge- it was so comfortable and there are many hiking trails to explore. Thank you Rios Tropicales!
