• 07:30 - 08:45 Sunrise grief healing yoga class with guided meditation

• 17:00 - 18:30 Sunset transformational meditation class followed by retreat closing
• 18:30 Free evening to relax and enjoy a night swim under the stars

Rikke only takes up to 2 participants per retreat to give you the best possible personalized teaching. Non-participant travel companions and partners are most welcome. The retreat takes place in the land of spirituality Ubud, Bali. ​Ubud is a very unique and magical retreat destination. It is known for its calming spirit where deep spiritual energy exists. Rikke has spent several years in Bali to go deeper into her spiritual studies exactly for that reason. The breathtaking tranquility nature, the sacred Hindu culture, abundance of healthy food and so much more to discover.

Ubud

Deep in the mountainous center of Bali, among hanging banyan trees and lush rice paddies, is the town Ubud - the Indonesian island's spiritual and cultural heart. With a name that comes from the Balinese word Ubad, which means medicine. Ubud has long been known as a mystical place, rich in healing powers, known for the traditional crafts and as a spiritual center. Ubud is a treasure of cultural landmarks from ancient temples and majestic age old royal palaces to wonderful panoramas of green hillsides and rice terraces.

Just next door a quiet and charming Balinese Warung La La Lilii is serving local and simple food for a very reasonable price. Sit and enjoy your meal with the view of their beautiful lotus and fish pond.

They also sell fruit, vegetables, and a variety of other things you can bring back and prepare in the shared kitchen at Flora.
