She uses her combined skills to ensure you restoration of your body to its optimum health. The yoga style for all classes is a blend of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga for all levels of flexibility.

"Sparkling Gem in Cornwall: Brilliant Fun Hardcore (and Relaxing!)"
Sarah and her crew at Ride On Retreats, Perranporth Cornwall were fantastic at every level. Starting from the very moment she personally collected us — weary Londoners with high stress jobs — we knew we were in for a treat. As we approached the friendly B&B (Cedar Cove, also excellent) atop a steep hill overlooking Perranporth beach, all the city worries started to melt away. We were given friendship bracelets as a welcome, devon creme + chocolate truffles and big wide smiles. This was a Yoga / surf retreat (though neither of us surfed, so we swapped this for horse riding on the beach - Reem Stables, terrific - horses well looked after, with smart and careful guides). The Yoga (mainly a cross between Ashtanga and Vinyasa was taught by Jane Forster - inspiring, humble and extremely hardcore Yoga - had us sweating and relaxing in turns, with headstands, dancer poses and of course, warrior, crow, downward/upward dog, serpent, cobra. We walked along the coastline (several kilometres), ate fresh, organic dishes (mainly seafood and fish). All in all - a terrific experience, definitely to be repeated at the earliest point possible!
