Alex's approach to teaching is to allow space for personal growth and unique development by observing breath and bodily sensations. At the same moment, she offers in-depth, clear alignment cues and drills so that you may physically approach the asana more carefully. During these retreats, she hopes to hold a sacred space where people can come together, relax and observe what our true nature and potential are as an individual. She will cover a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophy, and intention setting.
