You will stay in the villa situated in a beautiful location in the north of Tenerife, Spain. The villa has six bedrooms with double or twin beds and garden where you can enjoy the views of volcano El Teide. There are two spacious living rooms one of which has a chimney you can burn the woods in. You can read a good book, play a pool, and kicker in the other one. There are also six private bathrooms featured in each room, one brand new kitchen, and a spacious dining room.

This villa nestles in an elegant golf neighborhood and very close to the airport, supermarkets, and typical agricultural local market.

The area also has a great selection of restaurants nearby where you can find delicious food from the region. Furthermore, if you want something posher you can always drive to La Laguna or Puerto de la Cruz and try out one of the Italian or Japanese restaurants there.

Yoga and meditation

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible which also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems.

Meditation can help you to understand your own mind while letting you learn how to transform negative thought to positive and from anxiety to peacefulness. The purpose of meditation is to make your mind free from worries and mental discomfort. By training in meditation, you will create an inner space and clarity that enables you to control your mind in the most difficult situations.

Energy work

Connect your mind and body to be more balanced and calmer. Find the way how to replace your heavy emotion with inner joy. You will learn a higher sensitivity for your energy to increase overall well-being and health with satisfaction.

Mindfulness

Mindfullness means maintaining awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings. Mindfulness also involves acceptance which prevents you from having mental judgment and self-ignorance. When you start practicing mindfulness, your thoughts tune into what you are sensing in the present moment, rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.

This program of mindfulness will be the heart of the whole week. The schedule atmosphere which will be relaxed and playful is designed to give you an integrated and safe engagement. This will be a great boost to those who are new to mindfulness or to twith experience.

    Gosia is a holistic therapist who completed different therapy modules in Green Tara College in Ireland. She focuses her module on mental health and consciousness, which later led her to become a teacher of Korean yoga and Qigong practices. She is happy that she made a choice to go on that path. It gives her a great fulfillment to see positive changes being made on the lives and health of people.

  • Ewa Szczepaniak

    Ewa is a yoga practitioner in dynamic mindfulness yoga school in Berlin. She gained the experience in yoga practice by Indian gurus in North India. For last few years, she has been on the path of self-discovery. She discovered that it is important to be aware of your conscious body and mind in your daily life.

The retreat will take place in a beautiful island Tenerife that is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the coast of North Africa. Comparing to the rest of the places in Spain, Tenerife is the most lovely island that has been famous for its hotspot for millions of tourists coming every year.

Tenerife is the largest island of the seven Canary Islands. The wonderful view of Mount Teide, the third highest volcano in the world, will welcome you as you come into this island. The spectacular cliffs at Los Gigantes, the pine forests in the national park, and Masca Valley can fill yourself with energy and positive mood.

Being known as the island of a thousand experiences or the island of eternal spring, in Tenerife, you can do anything you feel like any day of the year thanks to its climate, natural surroundings, and its tourist infrastructure.
