During the this transformational yoga retreat at CostaBaja Resort in La Paz, Mexico, you’ll focus on alignment-based Vinyasa flow yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Costa Baja Resort's guestrooms include private and furnished balconies with views of the marina, surrounding mountains, or the Sea of Cortez. All include complimentary wireless internet access, telephones, coffee and tea makers, and TV's with US channels.
To maximize the space in the guest room, there is no furniture. All room components like headboards, dressers, and butlers are built in millwork. Colors are dark and rich to contrast with the bright and arid environment. All rooms have 42-inch flat screen televisions. Bathrooms provide glass-enclosed showers (no tubs), two bathrobes per room, iron and ironing board, safe box in room, central energy control, working desk station, iPod dock, closet, and an extra pillow.

Please book your flight to arrive at Manuel Márquez de León International Airport (LAP). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Retreats Unlimited will pick you up from the airport. a taxi costs approximately 35 USD one-way. In some cases, it may be less time and expense to fly to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and take a shuttle to La Paz. Airport shuttles run the ten miles regularly from the airport to San Jose del Cabo. They take bicycles on top.
From San Jose, there are two bus routes north to La Paz. The eastern route is shorter but the time is longer because it is mountainous and the bus makes as many stops as needed for passengers. The western route runs through Todos Santos on the Pacific side. Ten buses a day run from 07:00 to 20:00.
