My daughter and I just returned from the trip of lifetime to Nicaragua with Elaine. We surfed, hiked, galloped on horses on the beach and kayaked under a volcano. We ziplined and sailed. We visited a coffee plantation and a sustainable farm while living in a 5 star tree house. Most importantly, we got in touch with each other and ourselves through yoga And journaling, while immersing ourselves in the culture. Just spent a week with Elaine and a small group of like minded travelers exploring the Azores. It was wonderful! Elaine is so welcoming and fun, and she had fantastic local contacts that together orchestrate a truly unique experience. From yoga, to hiking, biking, and rappelling, there was no shortage of fun activities to stay active and explore the landscape. And the small group size was perfect for enjoying delicious meals and lots of laughs together. I hope to join one of her adventures again some time!
