"Incredible experience "

Sander and Heidrun really went out of their way to give everyone a fantastic holiday. The days were planned out really well but still allowing you the freedom to do what you want. I tried loads of new activities and highly recommend to anyone thinking about a yoga retreat!

"Norway Retreat with Sander"

We stayed in a beautiful location and there was an incredible ease in the situation.

Sander our host and facilitator is a generous and thoughtful person who expresses himself with kindness and considreration. The program was gentle yoga and hiking. You couuld fit into the program as you chose. The trip was well organised and Sander did an exceptional job in a subtle fashion.

We also had the opportunity for massage, sauna, tai chi and just reading if you decided. Nothing was fixed, So you had options to be as active or as chilled as you like.

Sander en Heidrun hebben een hele fijne week verzorgd met heel veel aandacht voor jou als deelnemer. Elke ochtend uitgebreid ontbijt en er werd met ieders eetwensen rekening gehouden. (Vega en vlees). De groep voelde zeer vertrouwd. Samen wandelen, sauna in, koude fjord in, kletsen en veel gelachen. Elke avond werden de mogelijkheden voor de volgende dag besproken. Niets was verplicht, ontspanning en plezier stonden voorop. De combinatie van hiken in de noorse natuur en yoga/meditatie in de ochtend geeft een heerlijk uitgerust maar zeker ook voldaan gevoel. De yoga was aangepast aan het niveau van de groep. Als er 's ochtends geen tijd was voor yoga, dan was er wel een meditatie moment om de dag goed te beginnen. Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek aan een fjord waar vandaan je ook zelfstandig een wandeling kan maken.

Ik zou graag nog een keer gaan.

"A very wonderful and unforgettable experience!!"

I experienced a wonderful, unforgettable week close to the beautiful Norwegian nature and close to myself, within a great group! Sander and Heidrun did a perfect “job”. We hosted in a very beautiful house next to the water with an amazing view on the fjord. Every morning we did yoga, enjoying the beauty of nature through the window. What a relaxation! Although everything was well organised, everything felt very relaxed. It was not about what we should do, but about what we wanted to do. The balance in the group was perfect, we cooked together, we did wonderful hikings, we had time for ourself...There was not 1 second the feeling of “obligation” to do something. Sander also offers hot stone massage, accupressure, singing of mantras, ... It was my first retreat with Sander, but definitely not my last :-) The combination of yoga, hiking and time for yourself within the beauty of nature was simply perfect for me!

"Amazing experience close to nature and yourself"

The week was an absolute delight. Sander and Heidrun made sure everyone got the most out of it. This was true for all kinds of things: yoga, hiking, food (we had two vegans ons board). We always planned as a group and therefore were very flexible and only did the things we really liked. The house's location is more than special, beautifully situated right by the fjord. Besides wonderful yoga and mediation in the morning, and beautiful hikes in Norway's nature, we also got to experience Reiki, hot stone massage, Sauna etc. I can absolutely recommend this retreat!
