Retreat menu

Farm-fresh eggs and organic produce are from Red Moon Farms, an organic family farm and CSA that serves the Dallas, Tyler, and Longview areas. Rustic breads are from KC's Kitchen, a family-owned bakery that serves Canton and the surrounding area.

Afternoon snack (Friday and Saturday)

Friday dinner

  • Sunshine pasta: dressed in a zesty extra virgin olive oil with lemon, garlic, and garden-fresh herbs
  • Roasted, herbed chicken

  • Salad bar: power greens with peppers, cucumber, feta, and roasted pecans

Saturday breakfast
