Tracy is a yoga instructor. Her interest in yoga has developed over the past few years, seeming to be a natural progression from her dedication to dance and fitness. She has practiced a variety of yoga styles, including hot yoga, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, and Forrest yoga among others. However, her dedication to Vinyasa flow yoga comes from the essence that she almost dances through the postures on her mat, linking in with her previous dance training and experience.
Suzan offers classes to suit your style and your needs, based on Hatha yoga with Flow sequences combined with pranayama, meditation, and relaxation. She has taught to a variety of people according to where she was at on her own path. From regular classes, private classes, meditation courses, teacher training, to guidance in case of illness and transition when she lost loved ones. Pregnancy classes during her pregnancy, mummy and baby yoga when her first son was born, and family yoga after her second son was born.
