Marika is a seeker devoted to the belief that everyone is all capable of the extraordinary. She has been practicing yoga for more than 18 years and started teaching in 2012. Passionate about all types of yoga, her own personal practice is often Ashtanga. Her teaching style is focused on proper alignment and is filled with hands-on assistance. Marika is dedicated to personal growth, she has been serving and practicing at a mediation school since 2014. She offers a rich and varied integral learning environment devoted to cultivating deep change in self and society.
