Lisa is a 200-hour yoga teacher and a certified Reiki master. She discovered yoga over 15 years ago and since then her practice has evolved, unfolded, and continues to do so every day. Not a bendy person by nature - either physically or mentally, she has learned that through consistent yoga practice you can increase flexibility - not just in the body, but also in the mind. Yoga has given her clarity and calms her busy mind - on and off the mat. A teacher by nature, she enjoys inspiring others. She supports and guides her students so that they can find their inner teacher.

We enjoyed the 4 days of our retreat, everything was so nice.
Lisa is a very lovely person and a really good yoga teacher. We liked the mix of the energizing and also relaxing yoga lessons. You can feel her passion for yoga and teaching.
The area of the location is huge. You can walk across the big stones and enjoy the sunset facing the hills and the woods. It is a place to relax and get away from our stressful daily routines.
We would highly recommend this retreat. And also the guided tours to the vineyard and a nuraghe were very interesting. Besides the yoga we also learned something about the land itself. All in all it was perfect :)
