I booked two full weeks with Christine on Gili Trawagan without knowing anything about the island. Since I have been practicing kundalini yoga for 2 years now, I loved the fact that the retreat offers very intensive classes, meditation and also vinyasa lessons (which was new to me). We had a morning sadhana every day, starting at 6:00 am,vinyasa class at 10:00, workshops between 14:00-16:00 and an evening Kundalini Yoga class from 18:00-20:00.We also had a magical trip to Gili Menow, which was a real paradise.
Christine is an excellent teacher a beautiful woman with an extremely interesting personality. She took a great care of me, all classes I visited were just fantastic and she gave always 100%. I got to know her as a woman of great knowledge and deep experience in Kundalini Yoga. Another fantastic encounter for me were the vinyasa classes she offered which I truly enjoyed.
This experience changed me and helped me to leave stress and all the worries I had behind me. My body also got stronger and I also lost some weight naturally.
During this retreat I also met many wonderful people and enjoyed it to the fullest. Christine, thank you for making this gift to me. Every minute I spent with you was a great and changing lesson and a blessing for my body and soul. I hope that we will meet some day again in life. You are a fantastic teacher.
I recommend this retreat to everybody who wants and deserves a positive change in their life. The real effect comes after 10 days of intensive yoga. So booking at least 2 weeks is something I highly recommend. Next year I will try to stay even longer.
