The accommodation options are on double or twin room basis and private room options are available at additional costs. Lower Coxbridge House is a stunning venue for this retreat where you can unwind and relax in luxurious surroundings and peaceful countryside. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, peace, and privacy with magnificent 360-degree panoramic views of the Somerset countryside and Glastonbury Tor.

Lower Coxbridge House offers total privacy, peace, and seclusion, a rare find in this over cluttered world. It is a highly individualistic property, beautifully designed, and furnished, providing a venue for a very special breakaway. There are five rooms in total over two floors.

Four rooms can be doubles or twins, and two rooms could even be triples if there is a group of three. There is one luxury double en suite room. The house also has two bathrooms with shower. There is a delightful private garden with a hot tub, a lovely opportunity to keep warm while enjoying the view of the countryside.

    As well as being a trained nutritional therapist, Emma is a food enthusiast and loves to experiment in the kitchen and make healthy food taste as good, if not better than normal food. Emma, who is a naturopathic nutritionist, lives by this statement and has used her knowledge to help others and herself return to optimal health.

  • Neil

    Neil brings together the combined skills of personal training, sports massage, and biomechanics to coordinate the fitness and therapy aspect to the retreats. He is responsible for getting the heart pumping as well as massaging away the tightness in muscles incurred from bad habits and posture.

All of the food to be served are freshly prepared each day. The meals are nutritious and full of color and life. As this is a health and detox retreat, the meals will be vegan, refined sugar, and gluten-free. However, this does not mean they will lack flavor. You will still be having desserts and bubbly drinks, non-alcoholic but still delicious, plus meals full of flavor!

Emma will show you that healthy eating does not have to be bland or boring. This is also something you will be taught in the workshops.
