You will explore yoga, meditation, breath work, creative movement, voice work, poetry, and free drawing. The 3-day transformational process offers you a positive expansion of the self.

The luxury accommodation nestles in the Wilderness with its breathtaking landscape of green mountains, beach, lagoon, and nature reserve. The studio

overlooks the sea. The spacious bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with views.


Reflect and Renew's retreat creates a "time out of time" space, where you de-stress and let go off the year, it's struggles and challenges. It’s a time to find closure. To celebrate turning points, and joyous moments. A space to reconnect with your body, vitality and self, ground yourself and tune in to your deep inner voice. Reflect and Renew invite you to return to the things that are important through a unique and embodied therapeutic process.

Daily schedule

Day 1: Thursday, March 1, 2018

  • Arrival from 2:00 p.m. onward
  • Afternoon massages on site available at an additional cost
  • Explore Wilderness Town or take a meditative walk on the beach
  • Introduction and welcome at 5:30 p.m.
  • Dinner and relaxation

Day 2: Friday, March 2, 2018

  • Hatha yoga in the studio
  • Leisurely breakfast
  • Reconnecting to breath and voice movement exploration
  • Lunch and time to rest
  • Integrated and creative reflection
  • Free time (nature, beach or lagoon walk, or massage)
  • Sharing and witnessing of the reflection process
  • Dinner
  • Optional meditation session

Day 3: Saturday, March 3, 2018

  • Hatha yoga in the studio
  • Leisurely breakfast
  • Finding the "now" through a voice, body, and image exploration, inner space and inner voice, and balancing the chakras
  • Lunch and a time to rest
  • A dynamic and creative process to identify blocks
  • A transitioning process that facilitates shifts in and expansion of sense of self and self-understanding
  • Free time (nature, beach or lagoon walk, or massage)
  • Dinner
  • Optional meditation

Day 4: Sunday, March 4, 2018

  • Hatha yoga on the beach
  • Leisurely breakfast
  • A structure for goal setting and mindfully preparing the pathway for 2018

Georgy Geldenhuys
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)
Georgy is a practicing Hatha yoga teacher and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She currently teaches yoga in Johannesburg. Over the past 10 years, Georgy has practiced daily meditation and enjoys mountain biking, yoga, hiking, weight training, spinning, and Adrelatin dancing. Georgy believes that the practice of yoga purifies and balances the emotions, mind, and body; that yoga practice brings about a feeling of centered-ness and a calm alert state. Her classes are gentle and compassion-centered.
Gina is South Africa’s leading Voice Movement Therapy (VMT) practitioner. She is a specialist with an in-depth understanding of the connection between psyche, emotion, body, and self-expression. She offers a unique approach to facilitating self-development, healing, and personal transformation through embodied and creative learning strategies that incorporate the integration of voice, body-mind, and self. She runs a successful private VMT practice, Voice 360. Based in Johannesburg, she travels locally and internationally.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at George Airport (GRJ). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request at an additional cost of 300 ZAR. From O. R. Tambo International Airport (JNB), fly to George Airport (GRJ) from where the accommodation is 20 minutes away only.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
