Adi Carter

Adi is founder and co-teacher for Redefining Yoga. She has been a lifelong student of practicing yoga off the mat in all shapes and forms, especially when it involves being outdoors. Her passion for movement and the environment has taken her on countless adventures around the world and she currently travels and teaches as part of the YogaSlackers and co-ordinates the Redefining Balance retreats to share the modalities of shifting perspective through yoga, slacklining, AcroYoga, climbing, surfing, mountain biking, and just about anything else you can think to do on the earth’s terrain.

Heidi Wirtz

Heidi is a teacher at Redefining Yoga, a North Face athlete, a nature lover, inspirational speaker, philanthropist, and adventure guide. She's a climber, yogi, and philanthropist at heart, and holds a deep love of connecting with nature, sharing her passions, and inspiring others to follow their dreams. She is one of the country’s few prominent female adventure climbers.
