Intentionally designed to provide each guest with the experience of belonging, Red House Wellness is nestled amongst the majestic Wasatch Mountains, in the town of Park City, Utah. It has a variety of different rooms, each offering different and unique accommodations. With panoramic views, infused with art and creativity, it is equipped with an infrared-heated yoga studio, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness area. Guests will find space for quiet meditation, stillness, and inspiration.

Mt. Jupiter has two twin beds with its own private bath and television. It is located on the main floor.

Twin Peaks

Twin Peaks has two twin beds with a shared bath, located on the top floor.

Mt. Sunrise

Mt. Sunrise is a private room with a shared bath and television. It has a gorgeous view of Deer Valley and is located on the top floor.

Mt. Superior

Mt. Superior is a shared room with two double beds and a private bath. Overlooking the beautiful Park City mountain.

Solitude

Solitude is single or shared room with a queen size bed and a pull out couch with a private bath. Located on the base level of the house.

Just like we wouldn't allow harmful guests into our homes, Red House Wellness helps you identify and remove these emotional burdens, allowing inner peace and clarity.

A typical week at Red House Wellness begins with the arrival on Sunday afternoon and departure by midday the following Saturday. The intimate setting provides five private bedrooms. Each weeklong program will have fewer than ten participants. A week at Red House Wellness offers a perfect balance of feminine and masculine, strong and soft. You will discover that 'you can' is the best way to begin each day. When your energy is fresh and renewed at every level, you will always have enough.

Here at Red House Wellness, the holistic approach utilizes the four pillars to help you rebound spiritually, emotionally mentally, and physically to live to the fullest. Your week-long experience at Red House Wellness will include tools, techniques, and resources to get you on track for living what matters most in your life. Two daily nutritious meals, water, tea, and coffee throughout the day are included in the price. At Red House Wellness, they provide a plant-based, organic program intermingled with intermittent fasting. They encourage guests to participate in a 24-hour, supervised fast. They will accommodate any food allergies or restrictions while still providing you with the best nutritional experience.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). This airport provides non-stop service to all major US metro cities and various international destinations. Red House Wellness can arrange for a private car service from the airport, however, most guests prefer the convenience of ride-sharing services to arrive at Park City. There is no need to rent a car as all activities and downtown Park City are within walking distance.

Check in for the retreat is between 4 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Dinner will be served at 6 pm on Sunday. If you arrive before 4:00 pm, you are welcome to drop your bags at Red House Wellness and explore downtown Park City until the retreat begins.

Please send your flight information as soon as you book your flight so your hosts know when to expect you.

Transportation to and from SLC International airport:

The Red House Wellness Retreat center is located in Park City, UT, approximately 40 minutes from the SLC airport.

Please note, there will be no need to rent a car as your hosts will be taking care of you for the week.
