Kick start the beginning of the year with a healthy yoga weekend and blast away the winter blues that will both refresh and challenge you. You will leave feeling more energized with improved muscle tone, glowing skin, and increased flexibility.

The accommodation is arranged in a 17th century manor house with luxuriously plush bedrooms in both the main house and the converted stable yard. The bedrooms in the main house are larger with views out onto the extensive grounds and gardens. These rooms share bathrooms between two or three people. The bedrooms in the converted stables are beautifully designed, some have ensuite bathroom facilities.

The house is set within five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and a further fifty acres of private land. The Crystal yoga room overlooks the parterre garden and the Sanctuary meditation room is nestled in secluded woodland. This location also has its own labyrinth, a unique and sacred space perfect for peaceful reflection and quiet time.

Reclaim Your Self Yoga Weekend UK Program

Engage in ten hours of yoga classes with Faye Riches over the weekend in a beautiful, warm yoga studio with views onto a private parterre garden. Faye teaches Vinyasa flow yoga, a dynamic style of yoga where you practice a smoothly flowing sequence of asana connected by the breath. Modifications and progressions are given so that students of all levels will find these yoga classes rewarding. The classes will be around two and half hours long.

You will start your day with a warming dynamic practice. Refresh and energize with a led afternoon practice that will focus on deepening your awareness into asana. Your meditation practice will bring in space and lightness.

Students of all levels are welcome to the weekend retreat. Since it is a yoga detox weekend, with longer classes and a dynamic flow practice, it is recommended that you are relativity fit.


Faye Riches
Faye has been teaching Vinyasa flow yoga and pilates since 2003. Prior to that, she was a personal trainer and fitness class teacher where she cultivated her strengths in anatomy and physiology. Faye feels blessed to have studied with Liz Lark, Judith Hanson Lasater, Shiva Rea, and Claire Missingham, and more recently Vancouver and Los Angeles teachers Suzanne Faith, Noah Maze’ Nico Luce, and Genieve Burley. Her classes reflect her passion for sequencing, music, and her love and interest of the subtle body. Her ultimate intention is to empower you to stand strong in your truth.

The chef of the retreat Radha Kuhnert, will be creating delicious, healthy meals using fresh, local produce. Your nourishing meals will be vegetarian, gluten and sugar free, and low on dairy. Vegan meals are also possible. Expect a light winter cleansing menu. Following a pre-yoga power smoothie, you will have a cooked savory breakfast and your main meal will be a late lunch.

You will be served a fulfilling but light evening meal. Plenty of herbal teas and water will be available all weekend. There is no caffeine or alcohol served on your winter detox weekend.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at New Bedford Regional Airport (EWB) or London City Airport (LCY).

Arrival by train

Arrive at St. Pancras Railway Station, the closest station to the venue. It is less than an hour by train from London St. Pancras.

Arrival by taxi

Take a taxi for 17 GBP from St. Pancras Railway Station. Shared taxis can be arranged too.
