Engage in a luxury yoga weekend in a traditional country village, near London, UK. The magical yoga location also has its own labyrinth, a unique and sacred space perfect for peaceful reflection and healing. The time spent in the grounds is like a spiritual pilgrimage. Enjoy uplifting, fun, pattern-shifting, and transformative yoga, delicious vegetarian food, and some peaceful you time, whether you choose to curl up with a book or explore the extensive grounds.
The accommodation is arranged in a 17th century manor house with luxuriously plush bedrooms in both the main house and the converted stable yard. The bedrooms in the main house are larger with views out onto the extensive grounds and gardens. These rooms share bathrooms between two or three people. The bedrooms in the converted stables are beautifully designed, some have ensuite bathroom facilities.
Hidden in a quiet part of the gardens is a beautiful labyrinth. Walking a labyrinth creates balance in the body and brings peace to the mind. Over the weekend, you can take some time for reflection and contemplation there. The labyrinth copies the design of the ancient pattern of the labyrinth in Chartres Cathedral in France, but with a unique twist. It incorporates all the elements in its design, namely earth, air, fire, and water. The water that runs through the labyrinth pathway can be drunk. It is delicious, pure and vital, and is served to all the guests during their stay.
The UK retreat is luxurious and comprises of yoga and meditation sessions. The dynamic yoga classes combine fluid movement and optimal body alignment. They offer a perfect blend of intelligently playful and movingly powerful. They challenge and refresh you on all levels with yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and sound that help you to heal, expand your boundaries of possibility, and ultimately enjoy living life.
Engage in five yoga classes over the weekend. The mornings are designed to enliven and strengthen, while the afternoons are meant to practice to free, restore, and release the body and mind. The weekend gives you access to yoga’s power to help you live with more power, freedom, and authenticity. Students of all levels are welcome on this yoga weekend. Those who are completely new to yoga are advised to take a few classes before the weekend.
Lisa blends two decades of yoga practice and 14 years of teaching with studies of Tantric philosophy and ongoing training in transpersonal psychotherapy. Her explorations of yoga as a tool for total body-mind-soul healing and transformation draw from neuroscience, Jungian psychology, Ayurveda, Anusara yoga, and more. She designs your retreat practices to help you to gain greater clarity and strength, restoring your energy reserves, and resilience.

During your yoga weekend, you will be served delicious, healthy meals prepared by the chef. The menus are designed to support your yoga practice, so you can expect tasty meals which are vegetarian, no gluten or sugar, and low in dairy. Special diets can be catered to, if informed at the time of booking.
Massage session can be added to enhance your stay. It costs 70 GBP an hour.

Arrive at St. Pancras Railway Station, the closest station to the venue. It is less than an hour by train from London St. Pancras.
Take a taxi for 17 GBP from St. Pancras Railway Station. Shared taxis can be arranged too.
