Emma was introduced to yoga in the mid-90s and has been teaching since 1998. Her background in dance and martial arts is evident in her dynamic, innovative, and playful choreography and understanding of anatomy and the subtle body. Her yogic path has led her to Mysore from practicing Ashtanga with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois to advanced certification in the Jivamukti method. She is an advanced certified Jivamukti teacher and facilitates the Jivamukti teacher training with Sharon Gannon and David Life.
With experience in the boxing ring, on ultra marathon routes, studying law, and with nine years of having a yoga mat in hand, Adam brings a unique perspective to his yoga teaching. His love of anatomy has led him to specialize in alignment-based Vinyasa yoga. Based in London, Adam teaches regular classes and workshops, along with international and online teaching.
Tania is passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellbeing through yoga, in a light hearted, balanced and fun way. Tania teaches yoga for EVERYONE! No ego. No competition. No matter what your fitness level, age, status or body shape.

"Great experience, exceeded all expectations "
Adam and Emma were both fantastic and had very complimentary forms of teaching. The classes and whole retreat was meticulously planned for overall cohesiveness there was so much attention to detail. The food was delicious and nutritious, perfect for the level of activity during the retreat. The property itself was beautiful. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend this retreat.

*Loved the range of activities offered during the day- horse riding, hikes, sauna, massage, etc
*Yoga classes were a good balance of dynamic in the morning and more restorative in the evening (which was great after a full day of activities)
*Food was excellent quality and menu was well-thought out for each days activity
*Group dynamics were very good. Everybody was so friendly and willing to help in any way. Very inclusive.
*Retreat was well-planned and organised and I felt taken care of the whole time!
*Instructor was excellent
*Local Mongolian team were also awesome!

"A great experience!"
Everything was very well organized, yoga teachers and their classes were amazing (very intense classes though), food was gluten-, sugar-free and vegan “but“ very well and cooked with local products.
The yoga classes probably aren't for all levels, beginners might struggle.
