In a quiet corner, in the middle of the camp at the Lingebos forest, is a Nirwana field. Here, you come together for all spiritual practices and high vibrational ceremonies at the forest chapel. The forest chapel is a beautiful wooden, round space and with its 50-square-meter, it is a great base for spiritual group activities. In addition to the interior of the forest chapel, they have access to a covered central area with a wooden group table and a campfire area. Directly on the site, there is a space called the Churchill which is a shared space where three or four people can sleep in made-up beds.
Another space called the Canadian is a shared space where four people can sleep in made-up beds. If you prefer a bit more privacy, they have a bell tent available where one or two people can sleep in made-up beds. There are also six camping spots ready to place your own camping equipment. Besides the options above, it is also possible to book your own favorite ready-made Lievelinge palaces like the Tree Dome, Love Shack, or Pipo Caravan. For this option, you will pay the same amount for the whole retreat as a camping spot.

You will be introduced to several heart-focused exercise sets based on Kundalini yoga technology to work with the divine feminine energy and guide it from ego to love. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate the Kundalini energy (divine feminine energy, or Shakti power). This is a spiritual energy that is said to be located at the base of your spine.
Kundalini literally means the coiled one and is the invisible holy energy, coiled just like a snake in the equally invisible energy center called root Chakra or Muladhara. The key concept to understand is that Kundalini’s upward travel along the Shusumna is a cleansing process and raises your vibration. Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is called the yoga of awareness. When you apply the technology of Kundalini yoga to your bodies and minds, it has the effect of uplifting the spirit.
This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to your body, mind, and soul. Kundalini yoga is for everyone and it is also seen as the yoga for householders for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. This yoga form was kept very secret until 1969 when Yogi Bhajan taught it openly in order to prepare humanity for the major changes that this planet is going through as you cross from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age. The ancient technology of Kundalini yoga gives you the awareness and the fortitude to make this a smooth transition. The legacy of technical and spiritual knowledge that Yogi Bhajan studied and mastered in India is the gift he brought to the west.
By learning ways to meditate, you can remember how to move your consciousness through your body, which means leaving your head and entering your physical heart, to find the source of life. You will find your way into your heart and discover a world as real as this outer world, but more ancient and primal. It is the very source of the world you are now walking around in. You will practice different exercises and meditations that are destined to connect to the heart, a new method of activating the Merkaba, your living light body.
Meditation is not only sitting still on a pillow. It is about joy, dancing in the dark, healing, conscious breathing, and finding your way of going into the sacred spaces of your heart. Learn a totally new method of activating the Merkaba from the heart. The Mer-Ka-Ba, including all possible forms of it in existence, needs to be connected within the body including the heart and brain with external connections that were not presented in earlier teachings. This is in order for your human potential to reach the levels that are necessary for ascension to higher levels of consciousness.
Love has a power that has long been forgotten. Power is so strong that it created the universe that you live and move around in. It is your heart that contains the original instructions of life, and when your heart is again in control of your life, life responds with joy and power. Through the practice of different meditation methods, you are given the opportunity to deepen your path of awakening to your true nature, your true being. After this retreat, you will have gained some of the inner tools to continue your ascension process, ready for upcoming changes.
You use the breath to accelerate personal transformation by releasing old programs from the subconscious and taking you into an expanded state of consciousness. According to the method of transformational breathwork, (old) fears, patterns, and emotions are stored in your breathing. During a guided breath session, you could discover where your blockages are and you can clear them. During the session, you breathe circularly, combined with music you make your own deep journey. Circular (also: connected) breathing means consciously taking deep breaths without pausing in between.
Furthermore, the inhalation is longer than the exhalation. By breathing this way, you provide your body with oxygen in a different way and that provides effects on three levels: physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual. One specific transformational breathwork method is called quantum light breath, created by the late mystic Jeru Kabbal (1930-2000) who used this method in his teachings and workshops all over the world. He was greatly influenced by Vipassana, an ancient form of meditation where one sits in stillness and silence for extended periods of time.
Jeru realized that when elements of Vipassana were combined with deep rhythmic and consciously connected breath, it could bring a participant into the recognition of oneness without having to sit still in silent meditation for hours a day. Jeru used verbal and energetic guidance along with evocative music to lead people into the recognition of the mind’s separate realities and to encourage an experience of the mystery of true presence.
During this retreat, you will participate in two forest walks.
Kim is a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, meditation and breath work instructor, Tantra practitioner, yoga lifestyle coach, and bio dynamic rebalancing massage therapist. She experienced the self-healing capacity of the body by balancing soul, mind and body through yoga technology. Her focus is to enhance the quality of ones life by sharing this knowledge through daily yoga classes, workshops and retreats in Amsterdam and Ibiza.
This retreat will be taking place at Creative and Conscious campsite De Lievelinge, situated in the Lingebos, a Dutch forest in the Betuwe, where the Linge meanders through the landscape. There in the forest, on a mighty beautiful piece of primeval clay on a lovely swimming lake, is a special biotope. An initiative of eight creative and conscious entrepreneurs.
