"Peaceful & restorative but short and for beginners only "

The retreat was in a stunning location and the accommodation was a beautiful house that was extremely comfortable. As a result it was a very peaceful and restorative few days, the instructors lovely, the food was plentiful & filling, and the array of optional activities and the environment meant you really felt like you were getting away from it all.

"My first yoga retreat - and definitely not my last!"

Overall, the retreat was AMAZING! I was worried about the early a.m. yoga; I'm not a morning person at all. This was one of my favourite parts. What a way to start a day! Made me realise I can do this at home, something I never thought I would consider. Though all activities/aspects of the retreat are optional, I managed to participate in every bit and really felt the benefit from it. Lindsey and Cat were so welcoming and attentive to everyone's needs. Nothing seemed to be too much for them. The setting was idyllic and, luckily, the weather was fantastic. I could see how the experience would have been just as amazing even if the weather hadn't co-operated. I also got to meet other, like-minded people; always a bonus.

There was nothing about the experience I didn't like. So beneficial - an experience in which I was able to rest and able to grow. Everyone needs this - even if you don't think you do!

"It was much better than expected!"

The venue was pristinely beautiful, Lindsey was marvelous, the hike was new and challenging and the coaching was a welcome experience. Lindsey and Cat are very lovely and would like to join them again next year.

"Loch Ranoch"

yoga was excellent, walking good,NLP was new to me which opened my way of thinking which I have taken back with me and used thanks Cat ! We also had lots of laughs and thats always a good thing. Thanks to you both Cat/Lindsey
