Split Farthing Hall has six luxurious en-suite bedrooms complete with Ayurvedic toiletries, a stylish outdoor hot tub, a far infra-red detoxing sauna, and a spacious health and fitness studio. Each bedroom is individually decorated with beautiful views. A range of massages and therapies is also available for you to enjoy during your stay. Each floor has tea-making facilities with a selection of teas, herbal infusions, and fresh fruit. Plus, they stock the fridges with fresh lemon and ginger, filtered water plus organic milk. Yoga sessions

The yoga sessions are an integral part of the Raw Horizons retreat experience, to support your journey to health and self-discovery. It will give you the opportunity to move your body, become aware of your breath, create an inner strength, and harmonize your body and mind. At Split Farthing Hall, you will practice Kundalini yoga which is the yoga of awareness, incorporating various routines (kriyas), breathing exercises, and meditation. The main aim is to connect to the energy inside of you to help you feel more peaceful, more joyful, and blissful.

Yoga lessons are appropriate for any fitness and experience levels, as you just need to do as much as you can. You can even do it sitting on a chair if needed and even if you can’t do all the exercises, because of the mix with breathing exercises and meditation. There will be evening meditations included to allow you to incorporate a mindful practice, calm your mind, and incorporate all you have learned.

Life coaching

During this retreat, the life coaching will be central to all that you will do. The carefully guided workshops will help you deal with whatever issue is most pressing in your life, so you can discover what you want and find the strategies you need to achieve it. Life coaching will help you to determine and achieve your personal goals, so that life becomes easier and more enjoyable. Workshops are tailored to your needs, to help address every aspect of your life, from career, relationships, health, home and finances, to life purpose and your relationship with the wider world.

Raw Horizons Well Being Retreats believe that you usually have the answer to what you need in your life inside you already, but perhaps you are not asking the right question or listening in the right way. This retreat will help you find the answer. Raw Horizons Well Being Retreats pride themselves on creating a safe, confidential environment so you have the opportunity for deep self-reflection during your coaching. You can expect the workshops to be thought provoking, challenging and inspiring, and often to stir up emotions too. Please be assured that whatever comes up, you will be looked after and nurtured all the way through.

Being part of a small group is an important part of the coaching process and though it’s only natural to feel nervous at first, you will find that you will relax, feel safe to ‘let go’ and leave feeling vibrant, motivated, and excited about the path ahead. This retreat will take place at Split Farthing Hall, which is a peaceful 18th Century Georgian home that has been recently restored into a modern luxury retreat venue in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire. With original features such as exposed beams and two oak inglenooks, the Hall is set in 20 acres with stunning views over the Vale of York. It is also Dr. Maguire’s family home.

Within Split Farthing Hall there is a cozy snug, an oak shelved library, and a formal drawing room all with warming fireplaces for those frosty winter evenings. The tranquil attic with its exposed oak trusses is the perfect place for morning yoga or calming meditation in the evening.

The mix of traditional elegance with contemporary style makes it a nurturing, indulgent setting for your wellbeing retreat.

During this retreat, you will be served three delicious meals per day, plus endless teas and tasty snacks. All meals will be raw food prepared for a taste-bud tingling extravaganza. The cuisine during this retreat is an integral part of your experience. The gourmet raw food cuisine is a gentle, satisfying way to detox and cleanse. Plus it is inherently gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, and soy free. Claire Maguire is an avid food lover and she is the United Kingdom’s most exciting and original gourmet raw food chef. Aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy massage is a combination of a relaxing massage using essential oils to help you relax and rejuvenate. The cost for this massage is 55 GBP for 60 minutes.

Back, neck, shoulder massage or foot and or leg massage

This soothing and calming massage concentrates on these specific areas to ease stress and tension. The cost for this massage is 35 GBP for 30 minutes.

Cord cutting meditation with Dr. Claire Maguire

Throughout life, you may experience certain relationships in which you get hooked energetically. This can happen with anyone, including strangers, which can result in a negative detrimental energy drain. If you feel you have an unhealthy relationship with someone and it is overpowering or draining, there is a good chance you have a negative energy attachment.

A cord cutting meditation will give you the opportunity to talk about the relationship, how it is impacting you and to make you aware of the draining effect it has upon you. You are invited to participate in a meditation to cut this cord. Leaving you feeling energized and free. The cost for this meditation session is 55 GBP for 30 minutes.

Exfoliating body scrub

The exfoliating body scrub stimulates and invigorates your circulation with an exfoliating body scrub, leaving your skin beautiful and soft. The cost for this treatment is 35 GBP for 30 minutes, 55 GBP for 60 minutes, or 80 GBP for 90 minutes. Add a nurturing 30-minute massage for only 20 GBP extra. Add a pampering 60-minute massage for a totally relaxing experience for only 45 GBP extra.

Holistic massage

The holistic massage helps to nurturing and calm the mind, de-stress the body, and soothe the spirit. The cost for this massage is 55 GBP for 60 minutes.

Indian head massage

The Indian head massage works specifically over the head, scalp, face, and neck, extending to the shoulders and upper back, to help release blockages and ease tension. Oils are optional. The cost for this treatment is 35 GBP for 30 minutes.

Massage and mini facial treatment

The massage and mini facial treatment is a calming massage that concentrates on back, neck, or shoulders to ease stress and tension, followed by a 30-minute soothing mini facial including cleanse, tone, exfoliation, and mask. The cost for this treatment is 55 GBP for 60 minutes and 80 GBP for 90 minutes. Indulge in a full 60-minute body massage for a totally relaxing experience for only 25 GBP extra.

Private one-to-one coaching

If you would like to benefit from some private one to one coaching with Dr. Claire Maguire during your stay then you are welcome to book a session. Private coaching will allow you to focus totally on your personal questions and issues helping you develop your strategy for moving forward. The cost for this treatment is 150 GBP for 45 minutes.

Reiki therapy

The Reiki therapy is a gentle and non-invasive method of healing by energy balancing leaving your mind and body deeply relaxed and de-stressed. It can also help to accelerate the body’s natural healing process. The cost for this treatment is 55 GBP for 60 minutes.
