Lovely friendly atmosphere from entering the front door. Nothing was a problem and all Andrea's team were interested in you and answered questions clearly. All juices different, tasty and served in a beautiful, comfy, relaxed dining room with lovely glasses etc. Bed linen felt best quality. Split Farthing Farm is a superb creation by Andrea and Mike.

Special mention to Nicole for her ease of yoga instruction. I felt confident she knew exactly what she wanted to pass on and loved her style.

Again I must mention Jackie. What a lovely lady who also really knew her stuff and had the most sensitive fingers for my cleanse and massage. Wonderful. I really wanted to hug her afterwards.

Our last breakfast was a delightful and welcome surprise.

Also happy to bring home your juicing printouts.

Steve was fantastic, I really enjoyed his sound meditation. His whole aura was so warm and embracing. He took time after the session to let us try the instruments and give us there history. He also offered some wonderful advice on managing anxiety. Wonderful!

"An interesting first time experience!"

Wonderful new ways of producing raw food, very relaxing environment, warm and quiet with plenty of me time if needed. Was introduced to a new style of yoga which was a new experience. Wonderful host, instructors and chef de cuisine.

"Blissful "

The location for this retreat is tranquil and perfect for getting away from a busy and demanding life. The Kundalini yoga was challenging but ultimately, an incredible experience for mind and body. Beautifully presented raw food with a rainbow of colours on my plate, every meal, every day. The workshops challenged my thinking in so many ways. I now have new tools and techniques to support positive and much needed change in my life. Sharing this transformative experience with incredible, beautiful, strong women has provided me with direction I’ve been searching for for some time. 🙏

"Brilliant informative weekend"

You arrive at Split Farthing Hall and realise that you are in a tranquil beautiful arena. Ellie greeted us on our arrival and was really friendly and informative.

We were shown to our room at the top of the house. The room was lovely and used all of the space available. The bedding on the bed was top quality.

The food all weekend was beautifully presented and very healthy. The only meal I didn’t like was the one with kale but that is only because I don’t like kale.

Nicole was the teacher for the Kundalini yoga and meditation and she is a brilliant teacher. She made it fun and enjoyable. Some of the kriyas were hard but Nicole encouraged and told you how long was left to do that particular kriya. On the Sunday we did the yoga and the Gong bath outside which enhanced the experience.

On the Saturday Ellie took us for a Vinyasa Yoga class and she made that fun but I found that class hard as it was a lot more physical.

The fact we had good weather enhanced the weekend.

Personally I enjoyed the Kindalini yoga best but was glad to have tried different versions of yoga.

The whole weekend was fantastic and I came away feeling pleasantly tired but energise and recharged.

"Truly inspiring experience"

Everything to be honest. The house is homely, inviting and cosy. The other guests were all there with the same good intentions and everybody was open to try new experiences. The yoga and meditation sessions were excellent and the food was just a true revelation.
