You arrive at Split Farthing Hall and realise that you are in a tranquil beautiful arena. Ellie greeted us on our arrival and was really friendly and informative.
We were shown to our room at the top of the house. The room was lovely and used all of the space available. The bedding on the bed was top quality.
The food all weekend was beautifully presented and very healthy. The only meal I didn’t like was the one with kale but that is only because I don’t like kale.
Nicole was the teacher for the Kundalini yoga and meditation and she is a brilliant teacher. She made it fun and enjoyable. Some of the kriyas were hard but Nicole encouraged and told you how long was left to do that particular kriya. On the Sunday we did the yoga and the Gong bath outside which enhanced the experience.
On the Saturday Ellie took us for a Vinyasa Yoga class and she made that fun but I found that class hard as it was a lot more physical.
The fact we had good weather enhanced the weekend.
Personally I enjoyed the Kindalini yoga best but was glad to have tried different versions of yoga.
The whole weekend was fantastic and I came away feeling pleasantly tired but energise and recharged.
