The accommodations at Ratna Ling allow guests to create a retreat experience with relaxed ease and privacy. A collection of private cottage spreads out across the majestic landscape, each providing an inspiring view of the surrounding countryside. Each suite-style cottage is a home unto itself, including a living room, dining area, full bathroom, stocked kitchenette, and outdoor deck.

You will discover details that create comfort and allow you to luxuriate in serenity, like fine linens, gas-burning woodstoves, quality furnishings, and modern bathrooms with spacious Jacuzzi tubs. Maximum cottage capacity is four adults and two children (under 12 years of age) or two adults and four children (under 12 years of age). Children 12 years and older are considered as 'adults' for the purpose of occupancy. Cottages have two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed.

Please be aware that Ratna Ling has a limited number of extra beds that they can provide and may not be able to accommodate requests for larger families wishing to share a cottage. An additional 100 USD per person per night to cover meals and amenities will apply to the third and fourth adult. There is a maximum of four adults per cottage. They are dedicated to your well-being as well as their own.

The day is structured to offer you the maximum amount of care and attention while allowing their volunteer staff and guests alike ample time for spiritual practice and study. Ratna Ling is closed to the public between 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and 3:00 p.m. on Monday (except for special events). There is a holiday break from mid-December through mid-January so community members can enjoy their own retreat time and visit their families.

As an intentional working community, Ratna Ling staff carries out many different tasks throughout the property and their hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The reception desk is staffed between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 4:00 p.m., it is important to alert guest services with your estimated time of arrival.

If your estimated time of arrival is after 5:30 p.m., you will arrange to leave an envelope with your name containing your welcome packet, cottage keys, invoice for the remaining balance (if applicable), and map in the after-hours check-in box, located to the left of the lodge main entrance doors. At this time, there is no reception staff after hours. If this will be your first stay at Ratna Ling, they highly recommend you arrive during daylight hours, so that you can find them more easily.

You will be asked to bring your cottage keys to the lodge reception area to finalize your stay. There will be a 25 USD fee for unreturned keys. A member of the staff will be happy to assist you in any way they can. The last meal served on check-out day is 8:00 a.m. breakfast (Monday to Saturday) or 10:00 a.m. brunch (Sunday). There are 100 USD per adult per night for additional adult guests, 30 USD per child per night for children under 12 years of age, and 50 USD per child per night for children 12 to 18 years of age.
