    The program will run at Pranayama Garden and Pranayama Garden will arrange the accommodation of the participants at nearby high profile resorts. We have a short list of resorts but it would have been too complicated to explain this on the site. So comfortable and beautiful aircon rooms with Wi-Fi shared by two participants per room.

    Main components of The Feminine Way

    Yoga therapy

    Each day you will dive into a topic relevant to women and practice a special yoga therapy class with the others. The core topics are vitality and rejuvenation, sexual and reproductive health, digestive health, immune system balance, allergies, stress management, hormonal balance, and sleep disorders.

    Sharing circles

    Women’s circle is an amazing source of knowledge, support, and inspiration. During these circles, you will be working with aspects of femininity to cultivate more of certain archetypical qualities such as wisdom, compassion, sensuality, and wild nature.

    Goddess yoga

    Powerful practices from traditional Tantra will connect you to your inner goddess. You will be working with mantras and yantras of the divine feminine, as well as invoke profound qualities in your being by meditation, ritual, and dance.

    Belly dance and creative movement

    Connecting with your sensuality through belly dance and discover the boundaries you set for yourselves through improvisation. You will be using dance as a form of expression and transformation that touches the subconscious parts of your mind in a safe and supported space.

    Jade egg practice

    These exercises with the semi-precious stone jade in the form of an egg are time-honored practices to purify and heal your power center, the yoni. As an exceptional offer, each participant will be provided with a jade egg in your training kit.

    Ayurveda and yoga

    The sister science of yoga focused on health, Ayurveda helps you to understand your own constitution, temperament, and needs. You will be learning the simple ways of adjusting your lifestyle, diet, and yoga practice with great gains return in your life.

    This is a unique opportunity. Each participant will get a tailor-made program to practice after the retreat that is based on her own needs and lifestyle.

    • Dijan Albayrak

      Dijan is a practitioner of yoga and dance for many years, and her work is a synthesis of yoga therapy, traditional Tantra, and creative movement. She studied with several teachers and is fully immersed in a yogic way of life for the past five years. She also works as a full-time yoga teacher and therapist as well. Dijan loves integrating her dance background as well as her passion for the profound philosophical and psychological aspects of spirituality to her work. Her teachings aim to provide ways to open up to life inside and out to serve oneself and others around.

    Please book your flight to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or from neighboring countries to Surat Thani Airport (URT). Then you can take a ferry to Koh Phangan. Please make sure to arrive latest by 3 p.m. in Surat Thani to catch the last ferry.

    You can also book your flight from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Samui Airport (USM) and catch a ferry to Koh Phangan. Please make sure to arrive latest at 4 p.m. in Samui Airport (USM) to catch the last ferry. There are also budget options which is to take a train or a bus with ferry connection to the retreat.
