You will do this 200-hour program by getting much more in touch with the power of your minds through daily meditation, mindfulness techniques, asanas, pranayama, journaling, silence, and more. Perhaps even more helpful will be the reflections that you receive from each other and the tribe-building communal living which is often both a challenge and a great opportunity for growth.
In this yoga teacher training program, classes start with pranayama and meditation in the early morning. You practice asana for a whole day and the evening is for you to be relaxed and to calm down your soul. The program starts at 6 a.m., and classes will end at about 6:00 pm. During the daytime, students have a long lunch break to rejuvenate their minds by having healthy food, tea, and snacks.
The program dwells on yoga classes with activities like practical workshops, lectures, and other activities like discussions, silent walks, and group activities (Karma yoga). On every Saturday, students do only asana practice. After that, in the remaining time of the day, they do self-practice. On Sunday, students relax as the day is free for leisure activities.
