This 200-hour RYT course that covers Hatha and Ashtanga yoga styles is designed to make your practice complete and to enrich your career options in multiple yoga styles! This training features classes held for six or seven hours a day and will cover six subjects: Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and pranayama. This course is suitable for anyone who has little or no prior knowledge in yoga, thus any student can apply for the course. If you love yoga and you are passionate about sharing this amazing practice with others, then this training is for you.
You will be accommodated at Raj Resort in private fully furnished bedrooms. Your room includes a comfortable double bed, private bathroom, and Wi-Fi access. There is a choice of accommodation available to you on this program, and all rooms come with a ceiling fan or air conditioning, private bathroom and wonderful warm showers to indulge in at the end of each day. Through meditation, mantra chanting, yoga Nidra, and working with the breath, yoga can become an exceptional tool for exploring, healing, and opening your heart. It also provides a unique pathway to deepen and strengthen your understanding of your own emotions.
Practice, focus, and surrender corresponds to the three yogic paths, which are based on the three basic human instincts: doing (Karma yoga), thinking (Jnana yoga), and feeling (Bhakti yoga). All the three are combined and used as people learn in different ways, and benefit most from varying learning paths. Some are more physically oriented, others more academic, some learn best through creative and emotional pathways.
Hatha yoga classes focus on the fundamentals of Hatha yoga, the yoga of balance. Through Hatha and alignment you explore different postures and yoga sanas, with a focus on individual poses rather than the flow or movement between them.
Hatha is a physical preparation, and an exploratory process that will take you beyond certain limitations of your mind, heart, and body. Static poses allow you to move deeper within yourselves, allowing for a more meditative practice as well as helping to build strength and stamina in the physical body.
Vinyasa flow is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Through the flowing movement of one pose to the next, the focus is brought to the inhale and the exhale. In Sanskrit, Vinyasa translates to mean ‘connection’, meaning the connection between body and breath.
Dynamic yoga has many benefits to the body, including improving strength and flexibility, circulating lymph through the body, strengthening the lungs, as well as utilizing the connection with the breath to strengthen your mind and body connection at the same time.
During this yoga teacher certification program, you will have two Sundays dedicated to trips. You will go on a river rafting and river valley waterfall trek and also attend a Ganga aarti ceremony in Rishikesh.

Varsha have done M.A. and B. Ed in yoga from Panjab university, and she is a Gold medalist too, She is also a certified counsellor from Annamalai university chidambaram. Her specialization in philosophy, Meditation, pranayama and mantra chanting. She has taken various private meditation session across India.
He is an E-RYT 500 ,a renowned teacher, philosopher, meditation guru and a peerless savant of yoga. Revered Mishraji is a trailblazer of Yoga having a vast experience of 35 years. He possesses all the qualities of a true Indian Yogi. He has spent many years meditating in the Himalayas. We can call him a spiritual master who is well versed in all aspects of yoga. He is known as a man for all occasions.

Trains are a great way to meet locals and strike up great conversations. There is a public train system that runs between Delhi and Haridwar, a neighboring city of Rishikesh situated just 25 kilometers away. From Haridwar, you can take a bus or taxi to Rishikesh.
Raj Yoga Rshikesh can arrange for the students to be picked up directly from the airport in Delhi and driven straight to their comfy room at Raj Resort.The drive is about six to eight hours depending on traffic, and it costs about 4000 INR (or roughly 65 USD).
