Luxury shared eco-accommodation in twin beds is arranged in three different lodges.

Lush rain forests, sandy beaches and pristine mountains are the backdrop to twice daily yoga, luxury shared eco-accommodation and healthy vegetarian meals. This retreat is designed for those who have an adventurous spirit and would like a mindful holiday that provides relaxation and healing, alongside an inspiring yoga program to leave you feeling radiant and rejuvenated.

  • Activity - Guided walk to waterfall
  • Workshop - The land of Pura Vida, introduction to Costa Rica

  • Activity - Guided tour of local agricultural products and sustainability
  • Workshop - Moving inwards - intro to Pranayama and meditation

Day 4, November 27

  • Travel day to Tiskita Jungle Lodge
  • Evening sunset meditation upon arrival

  • Activity - Guided rain forest walking meditation
  • Workshop - Living in alignment - introduction to inner ecology and holistic health

Lauren Lee

Lauren Lee is passionate about holistic health, exploring the world and empowering others to live vibrant and happy lives. She is a sun chaser, loves adventure, lives for connection and indulges in simple pleasures. Lauren first stepped onto a yoga mat while in University during the bitter cold New England winters and soon after graduating, fulfilled her dream of traveling to India. Her experience in India fed a fast growing appetite for yoga and she never looked back. Lauren is dedicated to teaching the traditional roots of Ayurveda and Yoga in accessible and inspiring ways. Her classes are a blend of alignment based and creative Vinyasa Flow and reflect a fusion of breath, movement, stillness and philosophy. Through intelligence sequencing and intuition, she encourages students to safely explore their bodies and breath. Lauren effortlessly holds the space for individual growth and community connection, her classes leave students feeling expansive, enlivened and inspired. Yoga reminds her daily to serve others with integrity and love. Lauren is a natural born explorer who lives among many countries teaching, practicing and learning. She follows her heart and sharesher journey through her many projects and collaborations. She is founder of Raise Your Beat (online platform for inspiration through holistic living) Wild Vibes (celebration of music, yoga and art through festivals and retreats that give back to charity) and devoted assistant to Suzanne Faith Yoga (Ibiza based yoga instructor, owner of One Yoga in Vancouver).

Nango Murray

Nango Murray is a certified yoga teacher in Interdisciplinary Yoga. Her classes reflect a fusion of Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa and are fueled with movement, grace, tradition and wisdom. Nango effortlessly holds a supportive space and encourages students to challenge themselves on all levels - physically, mentally and emotionally. Nango has studied yoga across the world, receiving accreditation from the renowned Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, and multiple immersions in Iyengar and Anusara yoga. Along with profound studies of Yoga, Nango is a practitioner of Yin Yoga, Tibetan Meditation, Reiki and Pranic Healing. She has been a professional classical and modern dancer and spent 28 years as a choreographer and director of her studio “Danzarte School of Classical Ballet” in San José, Costa Rica. She currently teaches classes in her home country of Costa Rica and around the world on retreats. Her heart lies within her work through her Karma Project at Centro Penitenciario El Buen Pastor, Costa Rica´s Womens Penitenciary. Along with her passions for art, dance, music, nature and ecology, she shares her life with her husband, renowned Costa Rican pianist and previous Minister of Culture and Youth, Manuel Obregón and 5 children. Nango will be bringing local flavor to this retreat through her expansive knowledge of Costa Rican culture, diverse nature and holistic health.

The retreat takes place in Tiskita Lodge, Macaw Lodge and Montaña Azul, Costa Rica.

Healthy, wholesome (organic when possible) and vegetarian meals are provided during the retreat.
