Participants will be able to choose their activities daily. There will be the option of 3 to 4 yoga classes of various levels, a daily shuttle to the beach, healing sessions, 1 to 2 workshops, and a couple of daytrips to Nosara and to go on a hike.

• 1 daily round trip shuttle to the beach to swim and watch the sunset.
• 1 hike to San Juanillo Beach on Sunday morning. Get out in nature the first morning you and your guests arrive to wash off your travels.
• 1 sunset boat tour departing from the local fishing village.
• 1 trip to Nosara.

Hacienda Del Sol is an all-inclusive, eco-friendly, wellness retreat center surrounded by acres of untouched Guanacaste jungle, and located just a couple of kilometers from several beaches on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. It is an alcohol and drug-free retreat oasis, which focuses on detoxification, weight loss, and rejuvenation.

All full-service meals are included in your package. The retreat center offers a variety of meal plans which will be presented to you based on your meal preferences. These can include: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, chicken, or other customized needs.

Unlike most retreat centers that serve buffet style, their meals are served just like a restaurant. Everything is made in their own kitchen. They grow their own food on the property and get their fish, seafood, and chicken from the local village. Everything on their menu is gluten and dairy free, with a huge focus on local farm to table.

All freshly pressed juices, smoothies, fresh coconut water, and organic teas are included. The ideal times for serving juices and smoothies will be set with you with what makes sense with your schedule.
